Here is a informative (but not so visually pleasing) website that will help everyone in their quest to make sushi at home. I've wanted to make sushi myself for a while and I think this website is a great start for beginnings.
Not only are there recipes for most of the basic sushi rolls - california, salmon, spicy tuna - but there are also instructions about how to cook perfect sushi rice and sushi sauce.
