Frye boots repair

I love my Frye boots. I love them so much that I wear them whenever I can to the point where the sole/heel has worn down completely. I discovered last week though (and thought I'd share with all the other Frye lovers out there) that if your boots are less than 2 years old - which thankfully mine are - then you can send them to the Frye refurbishing center in Warrenton, VA and they will repair them with no cost! You don't have to buy them directly from Frye to be able to do this. Mine were from Zappos.com and I just sent them the receipt.

You need to call their customer support first and they'll give you a case number. Then you fill out a simple form and send them off! They'll get them back to you within 2 weeks.
