A healthy ramen alternative

So this isn't a recipe per se but it's my go-to meal when I'm lazy or in a rush and want to make sure I'm getting enough substance in my meal. You'll never go back to ramen again which is loaded with sodium and provides no nutritional benefit.

Ingredients

1 package of shirataki spaghetti tofu noodles (60 calories)
1/4 cup soy vey veri veri teriyaki sauce - seriously if you've never tried soy vey then do it right now because you'll put it on everything.
1 cup of steamed stir fry vegetables.

Directions

Combine all ingredients and enjoy! It's that easy and a lot healthier for you. The noodles are already cooked so there is no boiling - just rise the noodles and microwave for 2 minutes to get rid of the tofu smell.

  2. Sorry 1/4 a cup! There is no broth...the liquid is from the soy vey.
