Sock bun

I love the sock bun! At first I was like "Um, you want me to put a sock in my hair?" but it really creates an amazing bun that stays put all day as long as you pin it correctly. All you need is a dress sock that goes mid calf with the toe cut off and a couple bobby pins to keep it in place.

It takes a bit of practice to get the hang of it. I found that spraying my ponytail with hairspray before rolling it into the sock helped a lot.
