"Vietnamese noodle soup, usually served with beef or chicken. The soup includes noodles made from rice and is often served with Vietnamese basil, lime, and bean sprouts that are added to the soup by the person who is dining."

If you like your brisket meat to be a little more well-done then I would suggest ordering the pho chin, but if you're into rare steak then go with the pho tai.
Another great thing about this restaurant is that you can be in and out the door within 30 minutes. The staff seats you right away and your bowl of delicious goodness come out of the kitchen not long after you order.
The address is: 1721 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, VA 22209
