Salmon burgers with lemon sauce

So we didn't make the salmon burgers ourselves (we bought them at Whole Foods) but you could make them yourself and use this terrific sauce. We topped off the meal with some arugula salad with cherry tomatoes and cucumbers with a side of rice pilaf.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
4 teaspoons all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 tablespoon of parsley

Directions

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the flour to form a smooth paste. Gradually stir in milk; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat, and stir in lemon juice, salt, garlic, parsley and cayenne pepper.
