Recipe: Easy peach cobbler

I was so sad we didn't have vanilla
ice cream to top this off.
I made this on Sunday night because I had fresh peaches from the local farmer's market. It is incredibly easy and tasty! I changed the original recipe a bit to make it healthier.

Ingredients

1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
1 cup skim milk
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
2/3 cup sugar
3 sliced peaches (you don't need to peel them)

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375ºF.
2. Stir together Bisquick mix, milk and nutmeg in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Stir in butter until blended. Stir together sugar and peaches; spoon over batter.
3. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until golden.
