I'd like to take a moment to announce that I am running in a 10K race (my first!) for the Lawyers Have Heart foundation to support the American Heart Association. This event will help raise money for heart disease and stroke education and prevention. My grandfather passed away last year after suffering from a stroke and I am running in his honor.
